Lead me to the rock higher than I

The Lord is my light and my salivation whom shall I be afraid, the Lord is a strength of my heart whom shall I be afraid. When the wicked and my enemies came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumble and fail, though war should rise against me in this will I be confident. There is one thing I have desired of the lord and I may seek after, I may dwell in the house of the lord all the days of my life to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple for in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion in a secret place of the lord shall he hide me.

This is the desire of my heart. I want to be in the house of the Lord all the days of my life to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple. Praise God I know for this to happen I need to have faith in God, be patient and diligent in my search. I need to do well and dwell in the land. I know I need to be delight myself in the lord and he shall fulfill the desires of my heart.

That is the prayer came to me when I thought of the desires and aspiration of my heart and the situation I am in. I know I am praying to God to teach me his ways for I know my ways are completely different than his ways. Therefore, I am asking him to teach me his ways.

While I was praying and contemplating on the things of God, this is a prayer came to my heart. Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I . For thou hast been a shelter for me, and s strong tower from the enemy. I will hide in your tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings.
