Be still and know that I am God

Blessed be the name of Jesus for all his goodness for his mercies, and for his love. This is the day of the Lord, this is the day of Salivation for it is the day that God had made it for his own purpose. God provide us the day so that we can search and seek his will. His will is perfect, though it doesn’t necessarily be smooth and easy. God gives us a day to pray, search, interact with God has given us to find the purpose of the day.

I am grateful to God for giving me another day. I know for sure I am not consumed because of the mercy of the Lord. Great is his faithfulness, and they are new every morning. I was thinking and rethinking about the things of God, his promises and the challenge I faced. I was wondering why I faced the challenges I am facing though I am trusting God and serving him. I was wondering what could be the reason, I was asking why?

Somehow it was hard to find answer by my own reasoning. When I was in the middle of frustration, came a small voice that says “be still and know that I am God” The question I ask was how can I be still while there is a lot going on in my mind?

Another thought came to me was he is the only one who command the storm to stop. He is the only one who command the storm and it obeys. His name is great, a strong tower that made pass through a storm. The only thing I have to do is to trust him and wait for him patiently for he is my portion, he is my hope and my salivation. Blessed be the name of Jesus for his goodness and for his mercies.
