Lord I know no one prevent for your will to be done!

Praise God for his goodness and for his mercies , and for his great love.

I thank him for another day for i know it is a brand new day that he made for his own purpose.

This is a thought came to my mind while I was thinking and contemplating on this day. What came to my mind was the story of Job and what happened in the whole story. The whole story was recorded in the book of Job. The writer provided us the background of the story and the details in the story.

It was indicated that Job was righteous and just man. Even God himself testify that Job was just and faithful person. What came to my mind while I was thinking and contemplating about what happened in the story was what Job said . Job said somewhere in the story that, " I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. "Job 42:1 . While I was thinking further I was reminded of what he said next for he also said, " Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me. 5 I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. "Job 42: 4-5

In this particular place Job was making a statement affirming that can do all things that no one will prevent for his will not to happen. When I recalled the word that Job said, one thing came to my mind. This came as a revelation to me for I learned the whole essence of why Job was saying what he was saying .

This is what I learned, In the first place Job was a servant of God , as it was indicated a Just and righteous man. However, the Devil came to God to accuses Job. He accused him with many things , but God defended him well. Then the Devil continued his accusation saying, he served you because you protected and blessed him. Then the Devil informed God that Job would not serve him if he take off his protection from him. He basically asked God to allow him to trouble Job. After hearing all what the Devil said, God allowed Satan to test Job for God knows Job was

a just, righteous and faithful man.

God allowed this for he knows Job would trust and be faithful to God whatever happened . In fact God get in to a bet with David knowing Job still be faithful what ever the Devil brought to his life . So, God allowed the Devil what ever he wished to do to Job, except his soul. What a great revelation that the Devil can do anything to us if God allowed it , but he can't do anything to our soul for God is the only one who can do anything

for the Devil can't do anything to his soul and anyone's soul. The reason is simple God is the one who created our soul. So , Devil brought all kind of temptation and challenges into the life of Job. He took away all his wealth , his health , and his families and all what he has . He made him suffer from all kind of sickness and troubles. However , Job stood firm trusting God and his promises . in the story we would learn that he was pressurized by all his families and friends , including his wife. In fact his wife advised him to abandon God. However , Job stood firm , kept that faith , stood firm trusting God and his promises, kept worshiping God knowing he is the only true God and everlasting father and everlasting life .

As a result Devil left him alone knowing he is a faithful man. That is when God came to Job and God rewarded him for his faithfulness. It was indicated in the story that God blessed Job more than what he blessed him before. I believe that is when Job made those statements for he understood that God is a faithful God. That is when he began declaring these words. He said, " Lord I know you are a God who can make all things , I know nothing shall prevent your plan . I know I have been hearing all these things and all the things you have been doing , now I know now not only I have heard all these things , but I also have seen it in my own eyes ."

So , what is the lessons we can learn from the story of Job and from his words? I think we can learn that there will be times , times where we find ourselves in a very tough and unexpected situation. We can learn that the enemy of our soul can come and accuses with many accusation. He would come to us with all kinds of accusation, temptations and challenges . He would come and accuses us , trying to take us away from God , trying to disconnect our relationship with God . In the same way God would stand on our behalf to defend us. He would stand and bet on in our behalf saying this is my son, this is my daughter. He would say my son, my daughter would stand firm and be faithful in my words and my promises.

God would stand and defend us from all kind of accusations that the Devil would bring . The thing is we need to learn to stand firm and be faithful to what God has given us. We need to learn to stand trusting the word of God . We need to stand and be faithful knowing God has a bet on us that we would be faithful what ever happened. We need to learn to stand to endure all forms of temptation come from the Devil , from the world. D from the flesh. We need to learn to be resilient , to be back stronger once we overcome through all forms of temptations came to our life.

We would learn a lot from the story. When we pass through tough situations , we would learn a lots of lessons . Above all we would learn to stand firm trusting God and his words and all that is in his words no matter what happened in our life , to stand faithful no matter what passes in our life . God is a faithful if we trust him in all our hearts , if we trust his words and all that is in his words. May God bless !
